With the carbs looking good, my next step was to look at the tappets and cam chain and this is what I saw:
All these pitted cam lobes were on the right hand side on the engine, working on cylinders 3 and 4. My dilemma is; what has caused this and if I replace them will it not happen again? Blocked oil ways?
